    One e-book, printable or downloadable. This will give you access to the content in the theory and practical modules, allowing you to make your own notes as you learn - included in this email.

    Drip-fed modules each week. Each module contains one theory video, and one follow along exercise video.

    All videos are under 30 minutes, so you can easily fit them into your schedule!

    You don’t need any equipment to get started, just yourself and space to get moving.

    Optional equipment includes a Pilates ball, trigger ball, a theraband, and yoga mat.

    We know accountability is important, and that is why we are here for you. We drip fed you the video content over the 4 weeks, and throughout the modules you get check-in phone calls with our in house physiotherapist and programmer, Liana.

    Plus, reach out and access an online community of like minded women going through the program.
