    • Drip-fed modules each week . Each module contains one theory video, and one follow along exercise video.

    Modules:

    1. Dive into pelvic floor health and learn how to keep your pelvic floor strong throughout exercise .

    2. Learn the foundations of strength movements.

    3. Focus on balance through strength training.

    4. Discover how to modify lifting and how to incorporate impact exercises while keeping your pelvic floor happy.

Lift.

Face to Face classes + Online Course

  • If you are in Newcastle Australia, this is for you! All the same content in our Foundations package but 6 weeks of face to face small group exercise training!

    Ideal for those starting strength training or those wanting to deepen their health understanding.

    Modules:

    Week 1: Dive into pelvic floor health and learn how to keep it happy with exercise .
    Weeks 2 & 3: Build a strong foundation with functional strength movements for both upper and lower body.
    Week 4: Focus on balance through strength training.
    Week 5: Discover how to modify lifting  and loads to suit your individual needs.
    Week 6: Learn how to safely incorporate impact exercises while keeping your pelvic floor happy.

  • Classes are 9:30 AM on Wednesday at Infuse Health, Adamstown, NSW.

    Running as small group physio-led classes, all equipment will be provided!
