    Continuous access to evidence based physiotherapy led exercise programming with two sessions a week.

    Two sessions a week, ranging from 20 - 40 minutes in length.

    Enjoy structured workout sessions including warm up, two part strength setand cool down.

  • What you need.

    The program can be followed along on the computer or printed out. Each workout can be complete from your own home or a gym space.

    We recommended setting yourself up with some resistance equipment such as theraband, dumbbells and kettle bells of varying weights so you can continue to progress your exercises along your journey!

    E-book or printable PDF files, to be accessed conveniently from your home or gym environment.

    Written programs including movement video demos for each exercise.
